Goikar is a small UK clothing label started by a Goan living in Britain.
Our first range, VADDO, is about the places Goan families come from and the routes that brought us here: from Nairobi, Kampala and Bombay to Swindon, Wembley and Leicester.
Vaddo is the Konkani word for the ward of a Goan village: the street you're from, and the people who know your name. The idea behind the range is simple. Your vaddo travels with you.
Every piece is printed to order in the UK, so nothing is made until you order it.
